- Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 – Experience the best of Ohio healthcare jobs in a dynamic urban setting near Lake Erie.
- Unit: Special Care Transplant Unit (G101), Med/Surg Telemetry
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (potential extension up to 15-16 weeks)
- Start Date: October 3, 2025
- End Date: January 2, 2026
- Shifts: 3x12-hour rotating shifts (Day: 7:00am–7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm–7:30am; typically 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,250–$2,310
- Employment Type: Travel RN (Locum Tenens)
- Minimum 18 months of permanent RN experience in Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele) prior to travel assignments
- 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience (travel experience accepted)
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license
- Required Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (all must be active)
- One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in MS/Tele specialty
- Ability to work every other holiday
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Participate in unit orientation, ongoing education, and compliance modules
- Float to similar clinical units as needed to support hospital operations
