Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts within the retail and events division, focusing on acquisition and retention
- Work directly with customers face-to-face in retail venues and event locations
- Upsell, cross-sell, and troubleshoot products and services
- Serve as a professional brand ambassador in the community
- Manage assigned territories and maintain accurate tracking data
- Communicate market trends to campaign managers, sales leaders, and client success teams
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, event management, brand ambassador roles, customer service, hospitality, leadership, or related fields
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver’s license required
