We’re hiring welders for our aluminum and steel divisions who can bring skill, curiosity, and care to every bead.

Imagine this

You receive your work order and blueprint, outline the steps, stage materials, and choose the right process—MIG for speed, TIG for finesse. You prep and tack an assembly, weld in out-of-position passes, then verify fit-up with straightedges and templates. A repair ticket arrives—you build up worn surfaces and use burning equipment to dismantle and cut parts to size. Throughout, you follow safety procedures and document your work.

What you’ll do

• Apply MIG and TIG processes across flat, vertical, and overhead weldments
• Work with aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and other alloys—separately or combined
• Interpret instructions, prints, and work orders; plan tools, materials, and procedures
• Cut, burn, fit, and weld to fabricate equipment and assemblies
• Repair components using the correct equipment and techniques
• Clean, prep, assemble, and tack parts prior to final welding
• Use burning equipment to cut material and dismantle assemblies
• Perform related duties as needed

Bring your strengths

• High School diploma or GED required; welding certificate from a trade/tech school preferred
• Wire-feed welding proficiency and a strong grasp of welding techniques
• Background with steel and aluminum preferred
• Mechanical know-how with exposure to hydraulics
• Blueprint reading proficiency

Physical realities

• Stand, walk, and sit for long stretches
• Navigate safely around machinery and powered industrial equipment
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Use power tools and vibrating equipment
• Work on site to support production

Expect a written and hands-on weld test before any offer. Candidates who demonstrate strong skills, a positive attitude, and clear aptitude may receive a direct offer.
