- 2,200–2,500+ practical miles per week once solo

Pay & Benefits
- $600 total cash your very first week
- Guaranteed weekly pay every week of training
- Solo pay: $1,200–$1,500+ weekly after upgrade
- Pay per mile starts at $0.56 CPM (practical miles) after training
- Detention, layover, stop pay and performance bonuses
- Medical, dental, vision + 401(k) after 30 days
- Rider and pet programs available after training
- Home every 14 days
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A, age 21+
- 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Clean-ish MVR/PSP (case-by-case review)
- Pass DOT physical and drug test
