Project Cost Analyst

Location: Hybrid - New Albany, NY

What You'll Do

• Prepare cost re-projections and explain budget variances to keep spending on track.

• Manage contract requisitions and actively participate in the bidding process.

• Coordinate the work order lifecycle from creation to closure.

• Organize key project meetings-strategy sessions, kick-offs, and status updates.

• Act as a liaison between engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless communication.

• Support project documentation and planning, while handling logistics like permits and temporary facilities.

• Monitor cash flows, budget variances, and provide SOX compliance analysis.

• Track and analyze un-vouchered liabilities and prepare invoice data for billable work orders.

• Assist with RFPs, evaluate bids, and collaborate with Supply Chain and contractors.

• Mentor and train junior project coordinators to build a strong team foundation.

What You Bring

• Strong skills in budgeting, projections, cost tracking, and analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial costing software.

• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $66.00/hr.
