Job Purpose

Support marketing team by creating valuable marketing content to inform sales team and customers about our products and services, helping to improve our brand name recognition and generating quality sales leads.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborates with and supports marketing brand managers and product specialists to develop marketing content
• Develops, manages and segments contacts lists
• Designs, creates content, implements delivery of email campaigns for customers and field salesforce.
• Continually reviews, tracks and improves email campaign performance and results to drive quality conversions
• Writes engaging marketing content relevant for the audience and target industry for marketing channels
• Writes content for product case studies, white papers and blogs
• Writes press releases/articles and distributes to media sources.
• Develops plan and curates engaging content for social media channels for all three product brands, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.
• Monitors social media trends and suggests strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness with other team members.
• Updates content for company websites w­­­ith emphasis on search engine optimization while complying with company branding standards. Makes recommendations to improve website content and design.
• In-house photography of equipment
• Assists with video projects and edits videos as needed
• Assists with other sales & marketing projects as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3+ Years of Experience
• Demonstrated experience in writing technical marketing content
• Expertise with latest marketing automation technology
• Proficient with web content management systems such as WordPress
• Understanding of website optimization and knowledge of HTML code
• Hubspot experience a plus
• Adobe Photoshop experience a plus
• Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions

Mostly stationary work with occasional movement throughout the facility to access files, chambers, office machinery, etc. Works at a desk and a computer screen for extended periods of time. Employee must be able to manually enter data to the computer system and understand the screen and images that appear. Frequently lifting and carrying up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lifting to 50 lbs. Use of hands to hold, lift and handle materials. Occasional climbing, bending, and squatting. Periodic travel may be involved. When traveling, significant portions of travel time (both car and air) may involve extended sedentary periods.
