Your role as a LifeguardAs a Part-Time Lifeguard in Milford, OH, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Your daily tasks will include regularly monitoring pool areas, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and promptly responding to emergencies.
The schedule is Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 9am-11:30am monitoring one swim class.
Would you be a great Lifeguard?To thrive as a Part-Time Lifeguard in Miami Township, you will need a blend of essential skills and qualifications. Strong swimming abilities are paramount, along with a comprehensive understanding of water safety protocols. Effective communication skills are necessary to engage with patrons and enforce facility rules with clarity and professionalism. Additionally, you should possess the ability to respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations.
Prior experience in lifeguarding is preferred. Teamwork and adaptability are also crucial traits, as you'll work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
