Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for efficiency and accuracy? More Clicks is seeking Packers to join our team in Cincinnati. As a Packer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate packaging of merchandise for shipment to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve merchandise from designated storage areas and prepare it for packaging.
• Package merchandise according to company standards, ensuring items are securely wrapped and protected during transit.
• Label packages accurately with shipping information and tracking numbers.
• Verify the accuracy of orders and double-check packaging to ensure completeness.
• Assist with loading packages onto delivery trucks and transporting them to the shipping area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area, including disposing of packaging materials and recycling cardboard boxes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines for handling merchandise.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Previous experience as a packer or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as labeling and packaging.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
