Executive Director (LNHA) - Skilled Nursing
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - Wintersville, OH
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations of our skilled nursing facility in Wintersville, OH. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and ensuring high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities
Oversee all facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines
Lead department heads and promote a culture of accountability and excellence
Manage budgeting, census development, and financial performance
Maintain survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Ohio
3-5+ years of long-term care leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and reimbursement
Proven leadership, communication, and operational management skills
