Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Ohio SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS documentation required (client requirement).
- Preferred: experience managing productivity expectations in home health settings and familiarity with territory-based caseloads (preferred).
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Home Health.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift pattern: 5x8, Monday through Friday.
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts.
- On-call/weekend/holiday requirements: None.
- Territory: Aqua/Teal/Capri (territory-based caseload assignment).
- Productivity expectation: 32 productivity points per week for a 40-hour work week (client requirement).
- Length of assignment: 13 weeks.
