Job Overview: We are seeking an Events Assistant to support our event and production team with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and on-site shoots. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, thrives on being active, and is eager to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of the event industry. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with event setup and breakdown, including equipment, signage, and materials * Support event logistics such as loading/unloading supplies, organizing materials, and managing inventory * Assist with on-site registration, check-in, or guest coordination when needed * Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently * Assist in the preparation and packing of event kits and supplies prior to events Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Able to lift/move event equipment and stand for extended periods during events * Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Benefits: * Competitive hourly wage * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Health benefits and paid time off for eligible employees * On-site training provided If you’re a people person with a passion for creativity and customer care — Try3Crew wants to hear from you.
