Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to provide exceptional customer service and deliver positive customer experiences through professional phone interactions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, resolving concerns, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously. * Assist customers with questions, requests, and routine concerns. * Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Build strong customer relationships through effective communication. * Follow company customer service standards and procedures. * Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals. * Support customer satisfaction and quality initiatives. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. * Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. * Positive attitude and professional demeanor. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
