Training Coordinator CVG DHL Client Site
Location: CVG Airport, Hebron, KY
Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Pay Range: $22.00 $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Implement adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements .
- Continuously improve training processes to enhance workforce performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop solutions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of adult learning concepts and instructional design.
- Ability to deliver content effectively in classroom and on-the-job settings.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in security and aviation environments.
