Location: Youngstown, OH
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

A leading manufacturer of industiral products is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join its team in Youngstown, OH. In this role, you will manage divisional forecasting across all products and customers, ensuring accurate demand plans through data analysis, trend evaluation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical sales trends and demand drivers to develop accurate forecasts

• Manage forecasting software, including inputs, adjustments, and accuracy monitoring

• Collaborate with sales and operations to validate assumptions and identify risks or opportunities

• Lead monthly forecast review meetings and communicate key updates to stakeholders

• Reconcile variances, improve forecast accuracy, and support inventory management initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

• 5+ years of demand planning experience

• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems required

• APICS certification and experience with Great Plains or Microsoft AX ERP are a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
