Baker/Finisher Position

This job requires a 3am availability.

The minimum age to apply for this position is 18 years.

We are looking for a Baker/Finisher that can come in to work at 3am and has a passion for providing excellent baked goods and a great guest experience. They will be responsible for baking and finishing the Company's baked good items, including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc. They will be expected to execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high-quality finished baked products to guests. Baker/Finishers ensure Brand production standards and systems are executed on their shift and transition to crew position when production levels are complete for day.

They must be punctual, attentive to detail, and highly reliable. The Baker/Finisher strives to maintain a consistently high level of product quality, an exceptionally clean work environment, and optimum output with minimum waste. They must be able to multitask, adhere to product recipes/specifications, and have a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards.
