As a **Security Officer - Hospital Patrol Driving Role** in **Cleveland, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for all. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergencies that may arise within the facility.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter inappropriate activity and/or unauthorized access.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
+ Assist with the enforcement of access control procedures and visitor guidelines to help to maintain a secure environment.
+ Support emergency response activities in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal training.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter inappropriate behavior and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
+ Vaccines are required for hospital settings.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
