Plating & Coating Machine Setters, Operators & Ten
We are seeking dependable, motivated candidates to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators . Individuals in this role will be trained to operate mill or extruder machinery and must demonstrate strong attendance, a stable work history, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in maintaining quality and safety.
Training & Shift Details
Training Shift (1st Shift):
· Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
· Friday: Overtime as needed
Post-Training Shift (2nd Shift, if transitioned):
· Monday–Friday: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
· Shift Differential: +$2.25/hour
Key Responsibilities
· Safely and efficiently operate mill or extruder machinery
· Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
· Perform routine troubleshooting and communicate issues to maintenance
· Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Follow all production procedures and company safety guidelines
· Accurately complete production logs and required documentation
· Work cooperatively with team members, leads, and supervisors
Qualifications
· Strong, reliable attendance record
· Solid work history in manufacturing or similar environments preferred
· Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
· Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
· Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required
· Comfortable standing for extended periods
