Pay Range: starting $22 per hour and up depending on experience

Work Hours: 40+ hours weekly Monday through Friday; 4-10 work week schedule is available. Overtime as required.

Position Summary: HVAC Service Technician is responsible for servicing and maintaining a broad range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, in accordance with company standards. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a high-quality experience. Additionally, the technician will assist in the training and development of other service technicians.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• NATE certification is a plus
• Great customer service skills
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
