The Advance Group has partnered with a global solar panel manufacturing company in Walbridge, Ohio who just opened it's 4th location in the area and has a need for forklift drivers. The Forklift Operator position is responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials along with some warehouse duties as assigned.

Duties for the Forklift Operator:

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift
• Load/unload materials
• Picking
• Material Handling
• Packaging, inspecting, and banding modules by hand
• Warehouse and Shipping duties
• Data entry to document inventory and track shipments
• Prepping trucks for shipments

Requirements for the Forklift Operator:

• Must have minimum 6 months of recent forklift experience
• Must have a valid driver license
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment
• Excellent attendance
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check
• Willing to work in various departments and drive to other buildings as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionally and walk long distances
• Good computer skills
• Must be able to use hands to grasp, carry, lift, and feel objects as required
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must have access to a smartphone to use the company’s mobile timekeeping system

Shift for the Forklift Operator:

• Night shift: 6pm-6:10am (with paid lunch)
• Rotating schedule means you’ll get a 3 day weekend, every other weekend PLUS day(s) off during the week

Pay for the Forklift Operator:

• $19.80/hour ($18/hour + 10% shift differential )
