Job Description
- Responsible for supervising 4 maintenance technicians in an apartment complex over 2 properties
- Will respond back to things that need to be fixe, prioritizing with the staff on what needs to be fixed in order of emergency
- Will ensure all PO’s are received and updated
- Will deal with vendors on quotes and proposals for ongoing projects
- Will order supplies and make sure that all scheduling of maintenance is being delegated to the staff
- Will mentor, coach, train and help out the techs with difficult projects that are ongoing
Key Requirements
- Experience managing apartment facilities maintenance personnel
- Apartment maintenance experience is needed
