Service Scheduler
Are you an experienced Service Writer ready to take the next step in your automotive career? We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Service Scheduler - a vital role that ensures our shop runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the daily/weekly service schedule
- Coordinate appointments for customers, advisors and technicians
- Communicate clearly with service advisors, parts, and technicians to maximize productivity
- Confirm customer appointments and follow up on no-shows or reschedules
- Monitor shop capacity and workflow to avoid bottlenecks
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Service Writer or Advisor
- Strong understanding of repair order flow and service department operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with scheduling software or DMS platforms (Automate, Vin Solutions, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
