Senior IS Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer asset tracking using software systems.
- Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific store hardware.
- Process all applicable warranty claims.
- Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
- Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
Skills:
- Technical individuals with 2-year technical school and/or experience preferred.
- Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel also preferred
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-year technical school and/or experience, preferred
