Digital Marketing Specialist

We are searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Dutchman Hospitality Group supporting our inns, restaurants, retail shops, and theater venues. This role will help elevate our online presence, build brand awareness, and deliver a premiere customer experience across all digital platforms.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a vital member of the marketing team, responsible for developing digital content analyzing performance, and generating results that support a seamless customer journey. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the marketing team and other company associates. This position is not eligible for remote work.

Duties/Responsibilities :

1. Employ strategies to improve web traffic, search visibility, and lead generation
2. Generate dashboards, reports, and analysis on a regular basis for digital and social media traffic, ecommerce activity, and campaign performance
3. ​Leverage analytics to optimize digital marketing efforts
4. Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts
5. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to identify trends and opportunities
6. Supervise the design, functionality and performance of corporate websites
7. Analyze visitor behavior to improve user experience and guest engagement
8. Oversee and implement ecommerce tools and plan
9. Manage email marketing and loyalty program platforms
10. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Operations, or related field
2. 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or marketing analytics
3. Experience working with content management systems

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Knowledge of analytical tools to measure digital and social media performance
2. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar tools
3. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
4. Strong project management and multitasking abilities
5. Ability to proactively identify, evaluate, and solve problems
6. Ability to analyze customer behavior to drive traffic and conversions
