Now Hiring: Lead Toddler Teacher
Small Wonders Discovery & Learning Center is seeking a caring and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our Columbiana team. If you are passionate about supporting children’s growth, fostering independence, and creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What We’re Looking For:
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
- At least 1 year of Lead Teacher experience in a licensed infant or toddler classroom (required)
- Knowledge of infant development and milestone tracking
- Strong classroom organization, communication, and planning skills
- A nurturing educator who loves working with children ages 18 months- 3 years
- Familiarity with Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Plan and implement activities that support sensory, social, and motor development
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
- Track and document developmental milestones
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning space
