Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Inside / Counter Salesperson to assist customers in selecting the right equipment, processing orders, and providing product support. This role is ideal for someone with experience in industrial equipment, construction supply, or tool sales who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the counter and over the phone with product selection, pricing, and orders
• Provide technical knowledge and guidance on specialized tools and equipment
• Generate sales quotes, process transactions, and manage inventory lookups
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the system
• Coordinate with service, warehouse, and delivery teams for smooth operations
• Keep the counter and showroom area organized, clean, and professional
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inside sales, counter sales, or customer service (industrial tools, equipment, or mechanical products a plus )
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial equipment is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational abilities and comfort handling multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management
