Responsibilities

• Must be able to manipulate tools and fasteners repetitively in narrow spaces and with sufficient force to repair, install, and remove equipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workplace by following all 5S Standard
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, installing and/or moving equipment
• Must be able to read precision measurement tools for quality assurance and set-up
• Must be able to visually and audibly scan equipment and material for indication of improper or unsafe operation
• Align, adjust, and calibrate equipment
• Install electrical circuits following blueprints & schematic diagrams.
• Must be able to clearly communicate operational information regarding the equipment to co-workers and management in written form
• 2-5 years of Multi-craft Maintenance experience
• Mechanical and Electrical background
• Experienced in hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical components on production equipment
• Properly utilize measuring tools for troubleshooting and fabrication
• Welding fabrication experience
• Quality experience with instrument knowledge
• • Ability to Interpret complex customer blueprints and distinguish various customer flaws
  • Ability to operate and read various measuring devices

• Interpret complex blueprints
• Weld and cut steel alloys using MIG, TIG & stick welding and plasma acetylene torch
• Work alone, quickly and competently, to complete tasks
