Location: Norwood OH 45212

Duration: 16 Weeks

Schedule: 7AM3PM; 7AM5PM; or 9AM6PM

Pay Rate: $40$45/hr

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Provider Integration Specialist for an exciting job in Norwood OH.

Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding and integration for new providers from contract to start date.

• Coordinate provider moves added locations and departures ensuring all tasks and handoffs are completed.

• Drive process improvement and project initiatives to enhance integration workflows.

• Maintain timelines manage priorities and collaborate with all involved departments.

Required Skills:

• 5 years in healthcare process improvement or project management.

• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; familiarity with performance improvement tools.

• Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally and efficiently.

Preferred:

• 2.5 years working with physicians.

• Masters degree (preferred).

Education:

• Bachelors degree required.
