Machine Operator

Responsibilities
- Operate slitting, cut-to-length, and blanking machines
- Cut and shape metal materials according to precise specifications
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all operations
- Convert measurements between decimals and fractions
- Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
