Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with client goals, and meet performance expectations. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels * Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal communications * Support content creation for marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media, and presentations * Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics * Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and results * Collaborate with the client services team to align marketing strategies with client objectives Minimum requirements: Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, or email marketing tools) is a plus * Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Compensation & Benefits * Salary Range: $48,000 – $62,000 per year (based on experience) * Performance-based bonus opportunities * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement * Ongoing training and development programs
