Summary:

Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Team and help us execute our AI Strategy. As a Senior Product Manager of Artificial Intelligence at Quadax, you will drive the strategic vision, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision support, and client outcomes across our Quadax platform. You will partner cross-functionally with application development, data science, operational SMEs, client success, and sales teams to deliver AI-driven products that solve complex challenges for our end user community.
For local candidates (preferred), initial 6 months will be 100% onsite. After that period, schedule will be onsite 4 days a week.

If remote, candidates must live in: OH, PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, WI, AL, TN, GA, FL, TX, MO, SD, SC, NE, or NC. Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities:

• Own the AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with Quadax’s corporate objectives and customer needs in the healthcare revenue cycle ecosystem.
• Translate business problems into AI solution opportunities, identifying the most impactful use cases across automation, prediction, classification, and optimization.
• Collaborate with the data science team to define and refine product requirements, ensuring clarity of business context and expected outcomes for AI initiatives.
• Define product KPIs and success metrics, monitor performance post-launch, and iterate to improve outcomes through data-driven decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI applications in healthcare, staying apprised of emerging trends, ethical considerations, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, CMS, and OCR guidance.
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, security and compliance, and sales to align AI product capabilities with customer expectations and internal constraints.
• Lead user discovery and research efforts to validate problems, prototype concepts, and gather feedback from clients and end users.
• Own product lifecycle activities including business case development, go-to-market planning, launch execution, and post-release optimization.
• Ensure responsible and explainable AI principles are embedded in the design and delivery of Quadax workflows.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, fostering alignment between product, engineering, analytics, and business functions to accelerate time to value.
• Mentor staff across teams and contribute to a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field. Masters a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle , Product Management, including 3+ years focused on AI solutions.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful data driven or AI-based products.
• Experience in business analysis or in an agile software environment preferred (3+ years)
• Travel to client sites as required (<5% Travel is typical)
• Strong technical skills – Ability to understand how systems/applications work
• Comfortable speaking in public to small and large groups
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to set and follow priorities and effective time management
