Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

What you'll do:

• Operate late-model tractors (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner) and perform routine checks.
• Secure, tarp, and transport flatbed loads using correct tie-down procedures and load control techniques.
• Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain equipment records.
• Keep precise logs and communicate with dispatch and customers to satisfy scheduling and regulatory needs.

Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own option within one year. Drivers benefit from pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
