Front Office Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service while supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities * Provide information regarding company services, programs, and procedures. * Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation. * Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office calendars as needed. * Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks. * Support internal departments with clerical and operational duties. * Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. * Handle customer concerns and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. * Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
