Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and personable Chiropractic Assistant to join our practice. This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience while supporting the chiropractor in delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive, and welcoming front-office experience.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using our office software. (Eclipse)
• Assist chiropractors with patient flow, including preparing rooms, escorting patients, and noting patients histories.
• Perform modalities with instruction from chiropractor.
• Perform basic clinical support tasks such as setting up therapy equipment, guiding patients through exercises, and cleaning treatment areas.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Handle insurance verification, and payment collection.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide general information about our services.
• Manage office supplies, and ensure that the clinic remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Support marketing or patient outreach efforts. (e.g., follow-ups, social media updates)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, and office procedures.
• Experience with medical scheduling software. (e.g., Eclipse, or Epic)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Familiarity with the use of IFC & Ultrasound equipment. (Not required, will train the right candidate)

Our office hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday: 7:30am-12:30pm (break) 2:30pm-8:00pm.
• Wednesday, & Friday: 9:30am-2:30pm.
• Rotating Saturday's: 7:30am-12:30pm.
