About the Role:

We’re looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who’s passionate, creative, and ready to make a measurable impact. You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders in clients in an interdisciplinary setting, collaborating closely with other professionals to make the greatest impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Strong knowledge of feeding disorders and speech therapy techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a private practice or clinical setting
• Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing education and counseling to patients and their families
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will utilize your expertise in feeding disorders, speech therapy, and effective interpersonal communication to provide high-quality care to patients. You will work closely with patients and their families to develop treatment plans that meet their unique needs, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care. Your strong knowledge of pediatric populations and feeding disorders will be essential in helping patients improve their communication and feeding abilities. Additionally, your proficiency in using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and bilingual skills will be highly valued in this role.
