Join Loudon Motors Ford, LLC as a New Car Sales Manager in Minerva, OH, where you will lead our new car sales team to achieve outstanding results and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will use your expertise in automotive sales to drive growth, manage the sales process, and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase new vehicle sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and follow-up processes.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in new car sales.
- Ford experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
