What You'll Do:
- Support project managers in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities across teams
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, meeting notes, and status reports
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track deliverables, and update progress
- Monitor project timelines and escalate risks or delays when needed
- Assist in resource allocation and ensure task completion within deadlines
- Prepare project dashboards, reports, and presentations to support decision-making
- Facilitate team meetings, follow-ups, and ensure alignment with project objectives
