What You'll Do

Lead the Kitchen

• Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Back-of-House team members.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture.

Deliver Culinary Excellence

• Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation on every plate.
• Maintain the highest standards for food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and organization.
• Support efficient execution during high-volume service while maintaining quality.

Drive Operational Success

• Assist with inventory management, ordering, food cost controls, and labor efficiency.
• Help ensure smooth daily operations through effective prep, production, and execution.
• Support operational goals while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of culinary leadership experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Passion for culinary excellence, food quality, and hospitality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
