We work with a wide range of manufacturers (including Crestron and many others) to design, deploy, and support technology solutions that help our clients communicate and collaborate effectively.

Position Overview:

The Business Development/Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, driving new and repeat business, and acting as the primary liaison between customers and our internal engineering and operations teams . This role requires a strong mix of relationship-building, sales strategy, and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate AV, collaboration, and technology solutions

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through project closeout

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure successful execution

• Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations for clients

• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets

• Stay current on industry trends, products, and technologies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (technology, AV, or IT preferred)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to understand and explain technical solutions at a high level

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in AV, collaboration systems, or integrated technology solutions
  
  
• Familiarity with manufacturers such as Crestron, Shure, QSC, Biamp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.

• Experience working with enterprise, education, healthcare, or corporate clients
