Dental Office Manager
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day front and back office workflows, manage schedules, and optimize patient flow.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and hire administrative staff, run daily huddles, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Finances & Billing: Manage accounts receivable, insurance claims and verifications, billing collections, and daily deposits.
- Patient Experience: Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and oversee treatment plan presentations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and dental board guidelines. Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of dental practice management or healthcare administration experience.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with dental management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree or professional certifications are a plus.
