Title: Operator
Shift: First Shift, Monday-Thursday with Overtime (5:00 am - 3:30 pm)
Compensation: $17 per hour
Location: North Ridgeville, Ohio

Overview: As an Operator in North Ridgeville, Ohio, you will be a key contributor to the fabrication and assembly of parts, pieces, and products using various tools and equipment. Operating during the first shift with overtime opportunities, this role emphasizes precision work, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to producing high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble refractory metal parts in a sequential process.
• Operate machinery and utilize tools to meet production specifications.
• Ensure precision and quality in the manufacturing process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Wear steel-toe footwear for safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machine operation and fabrication preferred.
• Ability to follow sequential processes and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Capacity to work overtime as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and handle materials.
