Project Manager
Midwest Metal Fabrications is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
As a company built on precision and reliability, we are looking for a professional who can lead cross-functional coordination, drive efficiency, and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Track performance metrics and provide regular project updates
- Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards
- Manage project documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication (preferred but not required)
