Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Milford, OH. Candidate must have strong, hands‑on expertise across AWS services including Connect, Lambda, LEX, and other conversational AI components to qualify for this role.

Rate Range: $31/hour to $34/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead job responsibilities include:

• Building and deploying end‑to‑end AWS pipelines using services such as Connect, LEX, Lambda, CloudWatch, and S3.

• Implementing real‑time client solutions by integrating AWS service endpoints through Lambda functions.

• Driving AI/ML model development, including algorithm selection, data science workflows, and model tuning.

• Supporting microservices‑based architectures while developing NLP and conversational AI components.

• Delivering Python‑based solutions using Flask APIs and Postgres for backend integrations.

• Managing stakeholder expectations through clear communication and ensuring timely, high‑quality project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Candidate must have 8–10 years of relevant hands‑on experience.

• Candidate must have strong practical experience across AWS services such as Connect, LEX, Lambda, CloudWatch, Transcribe, and S3.

• Candidate must have proven capability in building end‑to‑end AWS pipelines and integrating AI/ML, NLP, and conversational agent solutions.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $34.00 per hour
