Assistant Field Manager

- Comfortable with Travel Across NE Ohio starting at our office in Akron every day
- Conducting quality control inspections across all service divisions
- Performing standard audits to ensure technicians follow proper procedures
- Performing conflict resolution between technicians, clients and other staff
- Coordinating timelines with Field Managers to ensure services are on schedule
- Supporting technician onboarding and assisting with ongoing coaching and training
- Performing on-site job estimates for scope, changes or additional work
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities during property visits
- Responding to urgent field situations that require immediate support
- Company Provided vehicle for daily travel
- Company Issued Phone and Tablet
