Internship Description

Our Technology Internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in software development, AI integration, CRM database management, and IT infrastructure within a financial services firm. Interns work closely with our technology team, contributing to process automation, cybersecurity measures, data visualization, and system improvements. You'll gain exposure to cutting-edge financial and investment technologies while developing the technical skills needed to support an agile and innovative workplace.

You will also have the opportunity for shadowing, one-on-one mentoring, observation, and eventually project design and implementation.

What Youll Do
Manage and optimize our CRM and internal databases
Integrate AI for data analysis, workflow automation, and predictive insights
Create data visualizations and dashboards for leadership
Maintain data quality, accuracy, and security
Identify ways to improve processes with technology
Work with cloud-based database tools and AI applications

Engage in the development of new Financial Technologies as a software developer

What Were Looking For
Familiarity with databases (Salesforce, SQL, Access, etc.) is a plus
Interest in AI tools, data analytics, and automation
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to spot patterns in data
Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
Bonus: Knowledge of Python, R, or other data-focused language
