Sales BDC Agent
Job Title: BDC Internet Agent – Used Car DepartmentLocation: Chevrolet of Troy, Troy, OHPay: $14–$15/hr (Full-Time) Job Summary:Chevrolet of Troy is looking for a full-time BDC Internet Agent to join our Used Car Department. This position focuses on handling online leads, phone calls, and setting appointments to drive traffic to our showroom. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to internet and phone inquiries quickly and professionally * Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email * Schedule appointments for the sales team * Log all customer interactions in the CRM system * Support the sales team with lead management and follow-up Requirements: * Strong phone and communication skills * Basic computer and typing skills * Friendly, professional attitude * Previous customer service or BDC experience a plus but not a must * Must be available for full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends Benefits: * $14–$15 per hour * Full-time schedule * Health benefits available * Paid time off * Career growth opportunities * 401k, dental, and vision
