Mulch Team Member
Join our dynamic team as a Mulch Team Member, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the operation of mulch blower equipment for both residential and commercial projects. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, focusing on physical labor, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Candidates should be prepared to travel for assignments lasting between two to four weeks, providing a unique chance to work on diverse projects and develop new skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of mulch blower trucks and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
- Load and unload mulch and bark into the truck hopper, preparing materials for distribution.
- Use hoses to distribute materials evenly according to project specifications, ensuring quality and precision.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality, contributing to operational safety and efficiency.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas at job sites and in company vehicles, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maneuver and manage hoses safely while navigating job sites, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with equipment operators and team members to ensure precise mulch placement and project success.
- Collaborate with laborers and supervisors to meet project schedules and goals, fostering a team-oriented work culture.

Working Conditions
