Senior UI/UX Developer
UI/UX Developer - United States | Remote / Work at Home
We’re looking for a Web Developer who is passionate about building responsive, modern, and user-centered web applications and websites. In this role, you will collaborate across business, design, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions, while delivering high-quality front-end and back-end development that improves performance, usability, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and websites.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and product teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable code using modern web technologies and development best practices.
Develop front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Develop, integrate, and support back-end services and RESTful APIs.
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, security, and overall usability.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across web applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering standards and team practices.
Maintain technical documentation and support application releases and deployments.
Stay current with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to help drive innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional experience in web development.
Strong proficiency in:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript/TypeScript
Responsive Web Design
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control best practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of web application security best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience using tools such as Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps or Jira, and Postman.
Familiarity with front-end styling frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
