Parts Pricing Specialist

Job Duties

• Maintain a proactive approach to ensuring parts are available for customer orders in the system.
• Assist with initial part set up by assigning segmentation code, pricing new part, and uploading into company ERP system to achieve company margin goals.
• Work with other departments to update part cross references and to obsolete parts. Review monthly price changes and generate current price lists for the retail network.
• Pull data and compile into reports for Senior Parts Pricing specialist. Analyze data in reports based on guidance provided by supervisor.
• Utilize pricing software to identify and communicate pricing and margin trends by product segment.
• Monitor and identify pricing trends, outliers, exceptions and provide recommendations for changes to management.
  Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• Associate degree - nondegree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  Preferred Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude. Computer and interpersonal skills. Advanced spreadsheet skills. Self-motivated, possess good interpersonal and communication skills as well as be comfortable speaking in front of small groups
