Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tennis Racquet Stringer to join our team. The stringer will be responsible for professionally stringing, gripping, and maintaining tennis racquets to meet customer needs.

No experience needed with tennis or stringing.

Key Responsibilities:

• String racquets accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications (string type, tension, pattern).

• Replace and install grips, overgrips, and grommets.

• Advise customers on string types, tensions, and customization options based on playing style and level.

• Maintain stringing machines and tools in proper working condition.

• Keep accurate records of customer stringing preferences and orders.

• Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

• Monitor string and grip inventory and communicate restocking needs.

• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the pro shop/work area.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience stringing racquets (preferred, but training may be provided).

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Knowledge of different string materials, gauges, and tensions.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders under deadlines.

• Interest in tennis, pickleball, or racquet sports (a plus).
