Ford General & Diesel Technicians Fuller Ford is a perennial regional leader in commercial and retail truck service. We are hiring General and Diesel Technicians: searching for ambitious, reliable individuals with experience, schooling, and/or Ford certifications; we also encourage those beginning in the field to apply. Our Service Department employs 30 exceptional technicians, some of the best in the business. These technicians are coworkers who are great to work with and help mentor newcomers. Fuller has historically been one of Cincinnati's largest and most reputable Service Departments and a leader in commercial and retail customer satisfaction. Fuller Ford’s large retail and commercial customer base keeps the work flow very stable! Our technicians have an outstanding reputation with an average tenure of 20 years on the job. Fuller Ford is a centrally located dealer in downtown Cincinnati, and has been in business for over 80 years. We have one of the area’s largest parts departments, stocking more Ford parts than any other local dealer. Our experienced flat rate mechanic and mechanic trainee technician pay is extremely competitive. All full-time employees enjoy the following benefits:
